Using Zipy
These Terms of Use govern your use of Zipy.cc, including its account dashboard, short links, bio pages, QR codes, hosted content and API. By creating an account or using these services, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your password and API credentials private, and notify us through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. If you use Zipy for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in your location.
Your content and links
You retain your rights in the content you upload or publish. You give Zipy permission to host, display, process and redirect that content as needed to provide the features you request. Only share content, domains and destination URLs you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and privacy of your pages and destinations, including obtaining any permissions required for personal information, marketing, tracking pixels or embedded services you add.
A short link or QR code may lead to a third-party site. The destination operator controls that site and its own terms and privacy practices. Zipy does not endorse every destination published by its users.
Acceptable use
Do not use Zipy for phishing, malware, fraud, impersonation, unsolicited bulk messages, unlawful content, infringement, or attempts to evade safety controls. Do not access another user's data without permission, expose credentials, overload the service, or interfere with its operation. Respect applicable laws and other people's rights. We may restrict a link, remove content or suspend access where necessary to address abuse, a legal request or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact us.
Plans, payments and cancellation
Features, limits and prices are shown on the plans page and at checkout. Before paying, review the total price, applicable taxes, billing interval and whether the selected payment renews automatically. Payment providers may apply their own terms. Manage your subscription using the available account or payment-provider controls, or contact us for help. Refund eligibility depends on the conditions presented with the purchase and applicable law; these terms do not remove statutory consumer rights. If refund or renewal conditions are unclear at checkout, contact us before paying.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Zipy useful and available, but interruptions, maintenance, outages and changes to features may occur. Unless a separate agreement expressly provides one, the service does not include a guaranteed uptime or support response time. Keep independent copies of important content and campaign records. Changes to a link's destination, your domain's DNS, your account status or the destination website can affect access.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service and use the account deletion controls when available. Review and export information you wish to keep first: deleting a link, content or an account can make published URLs and QR codes stop working. Cancellation of a subscription and deletion of an account may be separate actions. Contact us if you need assistance with either.
Responsibility and your rights
Use the service with appropriate care for your circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. These terms do not limit mandatory privacy, consumer or other legal rights. A separate written agreement may set additional terms for a particular service.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will publish the updated version and date on this page and, for material changes affecting account holders, provide notice through the service or account email where appropriate. Review the updated terms before continuing to use the affected services.
Questions or reports
Use the Zipy contact page for questions, billing assistance or abuse reports. For an abuse report, include the affected Zipy URL and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
